Job description


In a lending business, revenue is realised only when the loan is successfully recovered. Our partner success team is an elite group of ambitious and intellectual folks who are numbers oriented, have a strong analytical mindset and are obsessed with fast pace execution. This team plays a pivotal role at DPDzero by ensuring monthly revenue growth and not compromising on healthy gross margins. 


Responsibilities


  1. Drive revenue growth by working closely with the product, operations and data teams internally, come up with insights to drive teams and ensure all the targets are achieved
  2. Provide constant feedbacks to product and operations teams to optimise the debt recovery processes
  3. Conduct daily/weekly/ monthly reviews with partners to drive confidence and trust with a focus on growing the portfolio. 
  4. You are responsible for driving the P&L for the assigned portfolios though upsells/ cross-sells
  5. Amplify the voice of partners across the organisation across multiple teams and ensure strict adherence to lender requirements.


Requirements


  1. 3-6 years of experience in direct sales or account management with a solid track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts. 
  2. Strong communication skills and a high energy attitude is must to succeed in this role
  3. Should demonstrate capability to understand and fulfil Lender requirements effectively
  4. Expertise in Excel and powerpoint/Figma is a must. 
  5. Experience in Fintech across lender partnerships/credit risk/ underwriting/ collections will be a huge plus and MBA from tier-1 institute will be an advantage.
  6. Experience in basic data analytics is mandatory
