Our Approach:

We partner with our lenders by taking charge of their collections portfolio, allowing them to focus on customer acquisition while we ensure efficient recovery from their customers. Responsibilities:


  • Team Building:


  1. Recruit and onboard Telecalling agents, Team Leads, and Floor Leads within the specified timeframe.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and ensure alignment with DPDzero’s mission and values.
  3. Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the telecalling domain.


  • Performance Management:


  1. Develop and implement performance metrics for the telecalling team to ensure individual and team targets are met.
  2. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team leads to drive performance improvements.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.


  • Collaboration:


  1. Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Technology, to ensure seamless integration of the telecalling team into DPDzero’s operations.
  2. Collaborate with HR to streamline onboarding processes and enhance the employee experience.
  3. collaboration with vendors on the requirements


  • Reporting and Analysis:


  1. Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, team performance, and other relevant metrics.
  2. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


Qualifications:


  1. Proven experience of 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition - Recruiter, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
  2. Experience into BPO Hiring sector hiring
  3. Strong expertise and hands on experience working with ATS
  4. Strong understanding of the telecalling domain and recruitment processes in India.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Familiarity with the fintech industry is a plus.
