Overview:

As an AI Agent Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement intelligent agents that can understand, learn, and interact with users and their environments. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to create robust AI systems that deliver real-world impact.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Data preparation: Collect, clean, and annotate large datasets to train AI agents on various tasks and domains.
2. Problem-Solving: You have strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and teach the AI Agent to help it speak more fluently.
3. Effective Communication: You must be able to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely.
4. Multilingual Communication: Fluently communicate with customers in English, Hindi, and/or any other South Indian language.
5. Proactive Approach: Take initiative to identify and report defects, actively seeking solutions to improve our products and processes.
6. Continuous Learning: Maintain a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
7. User Interaction Analysis: Analyse user interactions with AI agents to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
8. Evaluation and Refinement: Evaluate AI agent performance using relevant metrics and identify areas for improvement.
9. Training : You will be trained in-house.



Preferred Qualifications:

1. Any Graduate can apply
2. Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and/or any other South Indian Language.
3. Must be a confident speaker and also have good writing skills.
4. Must be able to articulate their thoughts clearly and concisely.
5. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
6. Must be self-starters and should not expect work to be assigned to them.
7. Must be self-motivated and proactively look for any defects, report them, and fix them.
