Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing Recruitment, entire employee lifecycle, ensuring effective HRMS management and automation, and driving people engagement initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in startup environments, a deep understanding of performance management systems, and the ability to scale HR processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment:
- Recruit and onboard Tele-calling agents, Team Leads, and Floor Leads within the specified timeframe.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and ensure alignment with DPDzero’s mission and values.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tele-calling domain.
2.Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle from offer letter to pre-joining engagement, onboarding, and orientation.
- Manage data for all employees ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3.HRMS Management & Automation:
- Ensure the effective management and automation of the HRMS.
- Regularly update and maintain the HRMS for optimal performance.
4.Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance management systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
5.Training & Development:
- Conduct training needs assessments and plan development programs.
- Oversee DRA certification and training requirements.
6.Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:
- Plan and execute people engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct pulse checks and gather employee feedback to inform engagement strategies.
7.Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll processing, PF, F&F, and experience letters.
- Plan and administer employee benefits ensuring competitive and comprehensive packages.
- Understanding and management of incentive plans, esops, flexi benefits and employee insurance
8.Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlements.
9.Vendor Management:
- Handle vendor management for HRMS, ATS, hiring agencies, and training vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery from vendors.
10.Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Create analysis reports to scale HR processes using employee data.
- Conduct regular pulse checks and collate data for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of HRMS and HR automation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
