Role Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing Recruitment, entire employee lifecycle, ensuring effective HRMS management and automation, and driving people engagement initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in startup environments, a deep understanding of performance management systems, and the ability to scale HR processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle from offer letter to pre-joining engagement, onboarding, and orientation.
- Manage data for all employees, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry-specific regulations related to the Collections sector.
2.HRMS Management & Automation:
- Ensure the effective management and automation of the HRMS, integrating relevant processes specific to the Collections industry.
- Regularly update and maintain the HRMS for optimal performance and efficiency.
3.Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:
- Plan and execute people engagement activities to foster a positive work environment, specifically addressing the stress and challenges inherent in the Collections industry.
- Conduct pulse checks and gather employee feedback to inform engagement strategies and improve retention rates.
4.Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll processing, PF, F&F, and experience letters with a strong focus on compliance and confidentiality.
- Plan and administer employee benefits ensuring competitive and comprehensive packages, with a focus on incentive plans, ESOPs, and other benefits that align with the industry's needs.
5.Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and clear understanding of industry-specific guidelines and ethical practices in collections.
- Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and final settlements.
7.Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Create analysis reports to scale HR processes using employee data, specifically tracking metrics.
- Conduct regular pulse checks and collate data for informed decision-making to enhance the overall HR strategy within the collections environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding on Collections as a Industry
- Strong understanding of HRMS and HR automation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
