Role Overview:
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will support the recruitment team in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, and develop a strong foundation in HR practices.
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking sites.
Key Responsibilities:

- Screen resumes and applications, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Support the creation of job postings and maintain the candidate pipeline.
- Assist with reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback in the HR system.
- Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation activities.
- Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and suggesting process improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Required Skills
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service.
- Understanding of recruitment tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
